At Family Life Resource Center, we employ administrative staff who are available to schedule appointments, take payment and answer any questions about insurance. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, and credit card.

Most insurance policies will cover mental health services and we will be happy to discuss your specific plan with you.

 

Any payment not covered by medical insurance will be the responsibility of the payer.

Financial Aid

We strive to make mental health services affordable and accessible to all. With the support of FLRC donors, we offer a scholarship program to help those with limited income. Please email the completed form to [email protected], print and return a completed copy to our office, or send a faxed copy.
